Refund policy

We grant to potential purchasers free 30-days trial period so you can evaluate ReGet Junior and get a full understanding of its capabilities and ease of use. We advise you to try our product before purchasing it. However should you not be happy with the product within 30 days after the purcase, we would promptly issue you a refund. Please note that we cannot process refund if you pay with a check or money order or wire transfer. We also cannot offer money back for physical product (CD). If you have activated our software after purchase and wish to stop using it and have your payment refunded, our support staff might ask you for a signed letter of software destruction as a proof that you have deleted the software and all license keys that have been sent to you from all your computers and storage.
